Variety: Garnacha blanca, albillo real, verdejo
Zone: Origin without denomination, mestizo wine, free symphony. Type of wine: White wine fermented and aged in wooden vats and clay amphoras. Vineyard: Vineyards in the areas of Cebreros (garnacha and albillo real) and La Moraña (verdejo). Vinification: Part of the wine fermented and aged in wooden vats with its lees and the other half fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged with its lees in 750 liter amphoras of clay for 12 months in both cases.
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow color, clean, with greenish reflections. Elegant aroma, complex, notes of fennel, scrubland, along with hints of dried fruits, apricot, grapefruit and hints of wax and honey. Good structure in the mouth, dense, unctuous and creamy compensated with a very good acidity, elegant, very pleasant and persistent. It is a wine that should be given time in the glass, with volume and depth, with a lot of personality. Suitable for serving with dishes such as cold meats, fish, rice, pasta, cheese, white meats, at a temperature of 10 °C.
