SOTOMANRIQUE LA MIRA
Variety: Garnacha 100%.
Zone: Wine of singular vineyard. Old vineyards of Cebreros-Sierra de Gredos.
Type of wine: Crianza red wine.
Vineyard: Degraded slate vineyards at altitudes between 950-1000 m above sea level with presence of quartz.
Vinification: Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks, 30% whole cluster, with temperatures between 18-26 °C.
Once finished, the wine is devatted into stainless steel tanks where it remains for about 10 days before the last racking to 20hl. foudres where it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
In November the wine is racked and filtered once.
Tasting notes: Bright, clean, medium ruby color, with aromas of fresh red fruit, floral and spicy notes, long, fresh and elegant on the palate, with friendly tannins that add persistence.
