Vineyard: Vineyards at 950 m above sea level, very poor soil, granitic sandy, with little water retention, bush vines.
Vinification: Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in concrete tanks, 15% of whole cluster, with temperatures between 18-26 °C.
Once finished, the wine is devatted to stainless steel and then transferred to a detonation vat where the wine rests for 14 months and undergoes malolactic fermentation, in November the wine is racked and filtered only once. Tasting notes: Cherry red color with medium-low layer, very bright and limpid.
