Vinification: The grapes were vinified in 1000 kg vats with 30% whole cluster.
Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously and lasts 30 days. The wine is lightly pressed and transferred to a 800I. foudre, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Bright, high cherry red color. wild nose with meaty and spicy notes. broad palate with a predominance of citrus notes. balanced wine that promises a good evolution in bottle.
